Terms and Conditions

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, buying merchandise, attending the Chino Rodeo (“Event”), or entering the Event premises, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not purchase tickets, merchandise, or attend the Event.


2. No Refunds / All Sales Final (Tickets)

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

Tickets will not be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions 
  • Schedule changes 
  • Performer or participant changes 
  • Event modifications 
  • Force majeure events 
  • Personal circumstances
     

Tickets have no cash value and may not be redeemed or exchanged.


3. Merchandise Sales – All Sales Final

ALL MERCHANDISE SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES.

This applies to:

  • Merchandise purchased online 
  • Merchandise purchased at the Event 
  • Promotional or limited-edition items
     

Lost, stolen, damaged, or worn merchandise will not be replaced or refunded. Please inspect merchandise at the time of purchase.


4. Event Schedule & Changes

Linq Events Group, LLC reserves the right to:

  • Modify the Event schedule 
  • Substitute participants or performers 
  • Adjust programming 
  • Change Event times
     

Such changes do not entitle purchasers to refunds for tickets or merchandise.


5. Weather Policy

The Chino Rodeo is a rain or shine event. Weather conditions are unpredictable, and the Event may proceed despite rain, wind, heat, dust, or other environmental factors.

No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions unless the Event is fully canceled by the organizer at its sole discretion.


6. Force Majeure

Linq Events Group, LLC shall not be liable for delays, modifications, interruptions, or cancellation of the Event due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God 
  • Severe weather 
  • Fire, flood, earthquake 
  • Pandemic or public health orders 
  • Government action 
  • Labor disputes 
  • Power or utility failures 
  • Acts of terrorism or civil unrest
     

In such cases, no refunds are required unless mandated by law.


7. Assumption of Risk – Rodeo Events

Bull riding, bronc riding, and all rodeo-related activities are inherently dangerous, violent, and unpredictable.

By attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Riders and animals may suffer serious injury or death 
  • Spectators may be injured by animals, equipment, debris, or participants 
  • Risks include being struck, trampled, kicked, thrown, or otherwise injured 
  • Rodeo animals may act unpredictably despite safety measures
     

You voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with attending or participating in the Event.


8. Release & Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge:

  • Linq Events Group, LLC 
  • Event staff, volunteers, contractors 
  • Venue owners and operators 
  • Sponsors and affiliates
     

from any and all claims, demands, injuries, damages, losses, or causes of action arising from or related to:

  • Attendance at the Event 
  • Participation in Event activities 
  • Exposure to animals or rodeo equipment 
  • Alcohol consumption
     

This release applies even if caused by ordinary negligence, but does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited by law.


9. Alcohol Policy & Liability

Alcohol is sold and served only to individuals 21 years of age or older with valid government-issued identification.

By purchasing or consuming alcohol at the Event, you agree that:

  • You are legally permitted to consume alcohol 
  • You assume all responsibility for your actions and conduct 
  • Linq Events Group, LLC is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses caused by intoxication
     

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any individual who appears intoxicated or poses a safety risk.


10. Code of Conduct

Attendees must behave in a safe, respectful, and lawful manner. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Disorderly behavior 
  • Fighting or aggressive acts 
  • Harassment 
  • Intoxication posing a risk to others 
  • Interfering with animals, riders, or staff
     

Violators may be removed without refund.


11. Animals & Animal Welfare

The Chino Rodeo works with professional stock contractors and adheres to applicable animal welfare standards. Animals are unpredictable by nature, and no guarantees can be made regarding behavior or outcomes.


12. Photography & Media Release

By attending the Event, you grant Linq Events Group, LLC the right to use photographs, video, or audio recordings of you for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes without compensation.


13. Ticket & Merchandise Use

Tickets and merchandise may not be used for unlawful purposes. Unauthorized resale or commercial use may result in cancellation without refund.


14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linq Events Group, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of attendance or participation in the Event.


15. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.


Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.


16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

All sales made in connection with the Chino Rodeo are final.


Tickets

All ticket sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to weather, schedule changes, force majeure events, personal circumstances, or event modifications.
 

Merchandise

  • ALL MERCHANDISE SALES ARE FINAL.

  • This policy applies to: 
    • Merchandise purchased online

    • Promotional, commemorative, or limited-edition items

Exceptions

Refunds will be issued only if required by applicable law. No other exceptions apply.
