Vendor Agreement & Indemnification
Chino Rodeo
Organized by Linq Events Group, LLC
This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Linq Events Group, LLC (“Organizer”) and the undersigned vendor (“Vendor”) in connection with the Chino Rodeo (“Event”).
By submitting a vendor application, payment, or participating in the Event, Vendor agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
All fees and deposits must be paid in full prior to participation.
If the Event is canceled by Organizer, Linq Events Group, LLC will refund all vendor fees and deposits paid.
Vendor agrees to provide, at its own expense:
Organizer does not provide electricity. Vendors must supply their own power sources, if needed.
All vendors must comply with Chino Valley Fire Marshal rules and regulations for special events, including but not limited to:
Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund.
Vendor is solely responsible for obtaining, at its own cost:
Organizer assumes no responsibility for permit compliance.
Vendor must maintain General Liability Insurance with minimum limits customary for special events and must name:
Linq Events Group, LLC, and Chino Fair Association as Additional Insureds.
Food vendors must also maintain Food/Product Liability Insurance.
Proof of insurance must be provided prior to the Event. Vendors without proper insurance will not be permitted to operate and will not receive a refund.
Vendor agrees to:
Organizer reserves the right to remove any vendor for safety, compliance, or behavioral issues without refund.
Vendor acknowledges that rodeo events are inherently dangerous, involving animals, crowds, equipment, noise, and unpredictable conditions. Vendor voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in the Event.
Vendor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless:
from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Organizer shall not be liable for loss, theft, damage, or injury to Vendor’s property, equipment, inventory, or personnel.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in San Bernardino County, California.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or representations.
By participating in the Chino Rodeo, Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement.
